The Law Of Attraction Explained

The law of attraction is a universal law, which connects us to situations, people and material things in relation to our energetic field. We attract things into our lives which can be subconscious or consciously , therefore we are always attracting experiences into our lives whether we are aware of it or not.

If you make a conscious decision to be more positive in life and make better choices, then more positive situations will arise for you.

This doesn’t mean that you won’t experience negativity, but it does mean you will deal with the negativity in a more positive way.

The universe is always guiding us to be our best in this life no matter which directions we go in or challenges we face. I describe it as being like a sat nav, you may not listen to the sat nav and think you know a better route, however it is the sat nav’s ultimate goal to get you where you need to be.

The law of attraction is always at work so if you want to see improvements in your life there are ways to speed up the process. I believe that what you focus on expands, so it it very important to spend your time focused on what you do want in life rather than what you don’t want.

When you begin to stay focused on what you do want you will begin to notice that things will come into your life effortlessly. If you want something in life, just ask the universe for it and see it start to happen for you.

You don’t have to do a lot to get what you want, just stay focused on it and it will come!.

How Walking Raises Your Vibration

I absolutely love going for walks and have recently spent two hours a day walking, one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening.

I don’t monitor my steps with a pedometer or anything like that because I don’t want to feel under any pressure. I do it because I love it and walking is a great way to feel good and boost positive energy.

Here are 6 reasons why I love walking

1, It’s Refreshing

Fresh air does you good and going for a walk and taking in more oxygen can only be a good thing. I find it refreshing in all weather types, whether it’s the feel of the wind blowing against my face or the sun beaming down on me, I love it!

2, A Clear Mind

I find that if I have a lot going on in my mind I go for a walk and find this allows me to think more clearly and most of the stresses in my mind seem to disappear, which makes me feel calm.

3, The Scenery

Whether you’re going for a walk in your local park or country park, it’s always a good idea to have a change of scenery. Seeing the same things everyday can be a bit boring so why not try walking to different places, which will stimulate the mind and hopefully make you feel better. I generally prefer to go for walks in nature where I can see different plants and wildlife.

4, Walking Keeps You Fit

I love walking as a form of exercise because for me it is easy and not strenuous on the body. If you need to lose weight then walking is a great way to start out as it is a lot simpler than many other forms of exercise.

5, Increased Energy

Going on my walks I have definitely found I have an increase in energy. At first walking for one hour can seem like a huge task but because I do it daily I find I want to walk more and more which is why I added an extra hour to my daily routine!.

6 Endorphins

This feel good hormone is released during exercise and since walking is a form of exercise, endorphins are released when we walk. I think this is the main thing that has made me feel more positive about walking as it is my body’s way of telling me ‘yes I like this, do more of it!’.

So there it is, I love walking and I hope you do too!

How To Feel Positive When You Feel Negative

When we feel positive our energy vibrates higher and this can mean we have a better outlook on life than if we are in a negative state of mind.

Feelings of happiness, bliss and elation are amazing feelings which come as a result of being on a positive vibration, however when we feel negative, the idea of feeling good can sometimes feel like a huge task.

Here are 6 ways to start feeling more positive:

1, Recognition

Recognising your negativity will help you to move forwards faster because you have taken responsibility for your actions and this will allow you to stop and change direction to feel how you truly want to feel.

2, Do Good Deeds

Whether it’s helping an elderly lady cross the road or making dinner for your family, doing something good for other people will only make you feel better about yourself because selflessness shows you care about other people, which will put you on the path to positivity.

3, Don’t Fight The Feeling

Don’t beat yourself up for feeling negative, this will only make you feel worse. Instead accept the negative feelings and have faith that the feeling will pass eventually. This will give you hope that you will feel positive again.

4, Say Nice Things

I am a true believer that there is power in our tongue and what we say to others and to ourselves can have a huge impact on our lives. When we feel negative it can be extremely hard to think of positive things to say, but it is very important to choose to say something uplifting rather than something which might put others or yourself down.

5, Make Better Life Choices

This can relate to a variety of things for example, being in a toxic relationship or overeating on junk food which makes you feel sluggish. Although it is not always easy to walk away from negative situations, in the long run it will be better for you if your life choices were more positive.

6, Change Your Thoughts

By this I don’t mean to control every thought that comes into your head, but the thoughts that make you feel low, try to replace those thoughts with something that will make you feel better. When you practice this on a daily basis it will become a habit and you will start to feel in a more positive light.
